Mrs. Donna W. Ray of Fairview Alabama passed away on July 28, 2012 at Cullman Regional Medical Center at the age of 64. Mrs. Ray was born in Cullman Alabama on March 17, 1948 to Jesse Everett and Mavis Holmes Woodard. She worked in medical records at Cullman Internal Medicine. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law: Frank Suttles.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. David Chambers officiating. Interment will be in Welcome Baptist Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years: Don Ray of Fairview, Alabama, three sisters: Carnnice Suttles of Pinson, Alabama, Linda Hill of Cullman, Alabama and Rhonda Bailey of Decatur, Alabama and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home in Cullman Alabama from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
