The passing of Rose Sharanowski occurred peacefully with her daughter Adeline, her niece Vickie and Nurse Carrie at her side, at the Cudworth Nursing Home July 18, 2012. She was 91 years of age. Rose was born in the Alvena District and had made Cudworth her home for many years. She is predeceased by her husband Adam and her brother Joe. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Adeline ( Ron) Missura of Cudworth, granddaughters Patty (Gord) Kent of Carstairs, AB; Donna (Bob) Hamilton of Red Deere, AB and their children Ashley and Bobby and foster children T.J. and Josh; and Ronalda (Dean Currie) of Bentley, AB and their children Joseph, Breanne and Ashleigh and her son Ryder. Also surviving are her sisters Helen Chomyn of Toronto; Lillian Yuzak of Alvena; Sally Hilkewich of Alvena and a brother Mike Tchorewski of Cudworth. Rose loved to sew, crochet and bake. She will be remembered for her gardening and especially her care for flowers. Rose always had a sweet smile even in difficult times. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and an angel in their eyes. Thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Cudworth Nursing Home for giving her the best care.
