Patricia Lee Pereira

Patricia Lee Pereira age 75, peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Roland J. Pereira; children, David (Belinda) Pereira, Robert (Kris) Pereira and Karen Pereira; grandchildren, Thomas Pereira, Nathalie Pereira, Michelle Pereira, Courtney Pereira and Kyle Pereira; sister, Linda (Tom) Smith; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth Bradley; brother, John Bradley and many aunts and uncles. Pat was born on September 7, 1942 in Rochester, IN. She was a 1960 graduate of Rochester High School and went on to earn her BA from Manchester College in Manchester, IN. On June 27, 1964 she married the love of her life, Roland Pereira in Rochester, IN and together they raised 3 children. Pat was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Rev. Peter J. Muha officiating.

Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, IN.
