Paul Eugene Brown

Paul “Nick” Brown, Jr., 56, of Nitro, WV, passed peacefully from a long illness on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014 at CAMC Teays Valley Hospital. He was born on September 28, 1957 in Charleston, WV, a son of Paul and Sue Brown of Nitro. He was a former employee of AT&T, Old Colony Realty and WV State College. Everyone knew Nick for his sarcastic sense of humor, beautiful smile, and loving heart. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Susan McGuire of Nitro; his brother, Rick (Peggy) Brown of Cross Lanes; three nieces, Jessica (John) Ford, LeighAnn McGuire, and Tara (Richie) Davis and one nephew, Kristopher (Sandee) Brown; one great-niece, Emma; and three great-nephews, Ethan, Jace and Jacob. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home,5233 Rocky Fork Rd. Cross Lanes, WV 25313 with Pastors Tim Campbell and Butch Leadman officiating. Entombment will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 1-2pm Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
