He is survived by his wife, Doris Washington, daughter, Janet "Shay" Washington, grandsons, Victor Washington and Michael Payton, great granddaughter, Anauru Payton, many cousins and his fur babies Cha Cha, Razkal and Dipsi.
Billy had many loves in his life, playing football and running track in high school, participating and teaching martial arts to children and adults. He also enjoyed playing golf. Billy loved to travel and explore all the beautiful things God created. Billy's greatest love was his family, giving wise advice and guidance, supporting and protecting them the best he could and enjoying family time together.
Billy was a jokester ane loved to make people laugh. Billy wouldn't want you to be sad, just remember him for the impact he made in your life.
And with honoring his wishes there will be no service.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest making donations in Billy's name to his church, Kingdom Life Fellowship Church, Nitro or to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association.
