Jodi Lynn Wille

Little Snake River Valley resident, Jodi Lynn Wille, died on Friday, March 27, 2020, at her residence in Baggs, Wyoming. She was 51. A private graveside will be held at the Craig Cemetery. A celebration of Jodi’s life will be held at a later date.

Jodi Lynn Janosec was born the daughter of Joseph and Kathleen (Lanckriet) Janosec on June 17, 1968 in Craig, Colorado. Jodi spent her childhood and attended schools in Craig, graduating from Moffat County High School with the class of 1986. She furthered her education at Mesa State in Grand Junction. Many years later, Jodi finished her registered nursing degree at CNCC in Craig.

On August 31, 1990, Jodi married Brett Herold. To this union, a son, Joseph, was born. Jodi and Brett remained friends for their son.

On November 8, 1992, Jodi married Ron Wille in Casper, Wyoming. To this union, a daughter, Morgan, was born. The couple continued to reside in Baggs where they raised their family.

Jodi found employment as a medical assistant for the Little Snake River Clinic and the Little Snake River Ambulance for many years. She also loved working for the Village, providing excellent home health care for the elderly. She was a blessing to many individuals and their families throughout her career.

When she wasn’t helping her community, you could find Jodi lambing and calving on the ranch with her family. Among many interests, Jodi enjoyed going fishing and spending time outdoors. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and a wonderful friend.

Jodi will be deeply missed by her family, a large circle of friends and a community that she adored.

Jodi is survived by her husband of 27 years, Ron Wille of Baggs; her mother, Kathy Janosec of Craig; one daughter, Morgan Wille of Baggs; one son, Joseph Herold of Baggs; one step-son, Corby Cobb of Reno, NV; one brother, Moe Janosec of Pagosa Springs, CO; and two sisters, Jill Marie Janosec of Cannon Beach, OR and Janalee (Chris) Adams of Craig. Jodi is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jodi was preceded in death by her father, Joe Janosec.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Village in Baggs, in Jodi’s memory in care of Grant Mortuary, 621 Yampa Ave., Craig, Colorado 81625.
