Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday December 14, 2018, at age 77. Beloved husband of Nadine Solotarow. Loving father of Tracie Penfound (Scott), Liana Jenkins (Alan), Rosanne Solotarow, and Aaron Solotarow (Kelly). Cherished grandfather of Angela Penfound, Kourtney Holmes (Jordan), Kyle Penfound, Madison Penfound; Adam Robichaud(Laura), Tiane Robichaud(Thomas), Dylan Robichaud; Byron Ifurung, Kent Vernon; Tristan Solotarow, Paul Solotarow; and great grandfather of Titan and Athena Robichaud.
A Celebration of Life for Art will take place at the Canadian Corps(142 Athol St., Oshawa) on Sunday, February 10 from 1-4PM with words of remembrance at 2PM. Donations may be made to the Durham Region Alzheimer Society.
