Tri Le Nguyen was born in Can-tho, Vietnam on December 14, 1920. He spent 25 years in the Vietnamese Army, rising to the rank of Colonel. He lived for the last 30 years in Orange County and died March 29, 2014. His funeral will take place at Harbor Lawn - Mt.
