Jayne Marie Manielly Brown

Jayne M. Brown of Coshocton passed at home into the hands of our Lord on Sunday, February 5, 2017. Jayne was born in Uhrichsville on June 19, 1947 to the late William and Beatrice Eileen (Clarke) Manielly. Jayne was married to Don Brown of Coshocton on October 31, 1997.

Jayne was a licensed and dedicated LPN until her retirement. She enjoyed life with her husband on a small farm outside Coshocton and prided herself in taking excellent care of her many animals, including dogs, cats, horses and goats.

Through her nursing career and affiliation with the Keystone 4-H Satellite Club, Jayne developed many friendships over the years and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Don Brown, sister Janet (Tom) Ruh of Vermillion and step-daughter Kristen Holsky of Walhonding, five grandchildren and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her son R.C. Lawrence.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Given-Dawson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Community Hospice of Coshocton or the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
