She was born to the late Catarino Segovia and Maria Villafranco on October 26, 1948 in Corpus Christi, Texas
Victoria was a free spirit that lived her life the best she could. She helped others with a genuine heart. She loved cooking and feeding her family, friends, neighbors and also her dogs. Some of her favorite pastimes were playing bingo with her friends and caring for her many Chihuahuas that kept her busy and happy.
She is preceded in death by her father.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her two children, Maria (Roger) Silva of Houston, Texas; Arturo Gutierrez, Jr. (Melissa) of San Diego, California; her sister, Ermelinda (Richard) Rios; brothers Jose and Pablo Rivera; and her mother. She also leaves behind to cherish her memories, her six grandchildren, Kristin, Jenna and Jonathan Pilsner; Isabella, Ally and Liani Gutierrez; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
Family will be receiving friends at 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 1:30 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with an interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
