Ramiro P. Ponce

Ramiro P. Ponce passed away on July 31, 2018 at the age of 69. He was born on August 29, 1948 in Corpus Christi, TX. He started baking as a child and continued that throughout his life until his retirement from H-E-B bakery.

His parents, Manuel Ponce Jr. and Maria Ponce, precede him in death. Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 48 years, Jesusa J. Ponce; children, Manuel Ponce III (Suanne), Ramiro Ponce Jr. (Valerie), Albert Ponce (Rachel), Mario Ponce (Shalyn Watt) and Sandra De Los Santos (Henry); grandchildren, Monique, Miles, Emerson, Hailey, Gabriella, Sarai, Jazzlyn, Jude, Charlie, Mario and Celeste; great-grandchildren, Cristiano, Marivel, Malaki and Madison. His only sister, Rosaelia Brosig and numerous extended family and friends also survive Ramiro.

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. Chapel services will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
