Mary Guadalupe Reyes

Mary Lupe was the life of every party. She loved traveling to Mexico for missionary work and praising the Lord through song. Her comical personality and infectious laughter would lift the spirits of all those around her. She loved to lend a helping hand and she got tremendous joy in giving to those in need.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Alberto Reyes, Sr.; Maternal Grandparents, Candelaria Moreno and Jesus Sanchez; her Father Jesus Coronado Valle; Paternal Grandparents, Francisco Valle Guajardo and Petra Coronado Rodriguez; step-father Israel Quintanilla Sr. and her beloved Niece, Veronica Jo Zamora. She is survived by her pride and joy, her only Grandchild, Ysabela Marie Reyes; two Sons, Alberto Reyes, Jr. (Laura), Francisco J. Guerra (Angela); Mother, Refugia Sanchez Quintanilla; the other half of her soul, her Twin Sister, Mary Jane Valle; her Sister, Susanna Rivera (Joe), all of Corpus Christi, Texas; Five brothers, Francisco “Paco” Valle (Sheri) of Syracuse NY, Roland P. Valle (Sandra) of Austin, Tx., Jesse “Chuy” Valle (Irma), Richard Valle (Sylvia) and Israel “Lito” Quintanilla, Jr. (Valencia), all four of Corpus Christi, Texas. Her fianceè and companion for the last 4 years of her life, Frank James. She also has countless nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, Along with all her Brothers and Sisters in Christ. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Ester Pollard for her care and support. The Loved Ones of Mary Lupe invite you to join in a celebration of her Life. Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Funeral Home on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. with a celebration of Life Service staring at 6:30 p.m. A Going Home celebration will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Funeral Home on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Services will be led by her Nephew, Pastor Jose Luis Navarez and officiated by her Sister, Susanna Rivera. Also special words by her brother, Pastor Richard Valle. Pallbearers will be Roland Valle, Israel Quintanilla, Guillermo Valle, David Valle, Jacob Quintanilla, Brandon Valle, Sonny Zamora and Richard Hinojosa. Arrangements under the direction of Funeraria del Angel, Corpus Christi, TX.
