Mary Ellen Longoria

Mary Ellen graduated from Refugio High School. She Married Richard Longoria on December 17, 1968. Mary Ellen loved to cook and bake for for all her grandchildren and it was like a daycare at grandma's everyday. She always had the biggest heart to help everyone, she always made sure each and everyone of her kids were ok. .

She will always be remembered for always being in the kitchen cooking early morning till dinner time, and loving to have family gatherings, bbq and loved watching Law-N-Order on tv, an being the loving, caring and most of all for being 100% honest even if the truth hurt.

Mary Ellen is preceded in death by her parents; Eligio and Lydia Beltran, son; Roger Longoria, daughter; Christina Longoria. She is survived by her husband; Richard Longoria, her children and 35 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Everhart located at 4901 Everhart Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm.
