MRS. MARIA "PEEWEE" G (REYES) SALDANA

Maria was a loyal bingo player, loved to play pull tables especially “Horse Races”. Her favorite horses were numbers 1 and 15. She was a very friendly and loving lady to everyone she met. Devoted into helping her family and friends. She was a caring and loving mother, grandmother, aunt and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Saldaña; parents, Jose Reyes and Maria Oliveria Reyes; sister, Irene Contant; and brothers, Jose H. Reyes, Jr. and Albert Reyes.

She leaves behind to cherish all her memories, her daughters, Mary Ramon, Irma Ferdin, Diana De La Torre (Jesse), Pauline Ruiz (Duane) and Elizabeth Reyes (Paul); sons, Guadalupe Saldaña, Jr. (Dolores), Ricky Saldaña (Naomi), Donald Saldaña. Ambrocio Saldaña (Patricia); siblings, Rodolfo Reyes, Danny Reyes, Eloisa Devon and Lydia Moreno; 28 grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren.

A big thank you to all who helped her at Davila Dialysis Center her nurses who cared for her from Christus Hospice Care.

Pallbearers: Fernando Gallardo, Christopher Ferdin, Joshua De La Torre, John David Saldaña, Rico Saldaña, John Michael Ruiz, Brandon Saldaña and Jonathan Reyes.

A visitation for "PEEWEE" will be held Monday, January 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel - Memorial Holly, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A vigil service and rosary will occur Monday, January 16, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. An interment will occur Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Seaside Memorial Park, 4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX.
