He was born in Chicago, IL on April 12, 1971, and resided in Corpus Christi and Austin, TX. He loved listening to live music, going to concerts, family gatherings, dancing, and animals, especially turtles.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jesus Salcedo Sr., grandparents Jose Guadalupe and Ramona Sanchez Villarreal, and Antonio Salcedo Torres and Petra Salcedo Garcia. Loved ones left to cherish Jesse’s memory includes his mother, Irma Villarreal Salcedo; 5 siblings Marco Antonio Salcedo Sr., Irmalinda Cruz and spouse Jackson Cruz, Laura Salcedo, Ramona Salcedo Price and spouse Jamie Lee Price, and Alejandro Miguel Salcedo; and 2 nephews Marco Antonio Salcedo Jr., and Jaciel Emiil Cruz.
The Salcedo family will be receiving guests at 11:00 AM, Tuesday September 28, 2021, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Rosary will begin at 12:30 PM. Funeral mass will begin at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Intermittent will follow to the Memory Garden Cemetery.
