Hilaria V. Vigil Guerra

Hilaria V. Guerra, 91 of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on September 16, 2017. She was born in Laredo, Texas on October 21, 1925 to Jose and Brigida Vigil. Hilaria was married to her love of her life, Daniel M. Guerra on October 12, 1959.

She worked as a Teacher Assistant at Incarnate Word Montessori until her retirement. Hilaria had a passion for Gardening and sewing. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Brigida Vigil ; her husband, Daniel M. Guerra and her brother, Julian Vigil. She leaves her loving memories to her children, Juan Daniel (Jane) Guerra, Paul (Silver) Guerra and Elma (Karl) Simmons; Grandchildren, Sheila Michelle Johnson, Scott Michael Johnson, Faith Guerra, Serena Victoria Guerra, and Gabrielle Guerra; Great Grandchildren, Brendan Paul Guerra and Sebastian Recio. Also surviving are her siblings, Lino Vigil, Sr., Teofilo Vigil, Cipriano Vigil and Andrea Leal.

Public visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne St with an Evening Prayer at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel.
