Gloria was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Gloria was a woman of great drive and a very original, independent thinker. For Gloria, no challenge was impossible, and just about any desired result was within her grasp.
Gloria often neglected her own feelings in order to give to others. She had many hobbies such as fishing, cooking, baking, and sewing. She loved to play poker on Friday nights, but her favorite pastime times included spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially when her son, Michael barbequed. She was creative and loved to make her children’s clothes when they were younger. Gloria was also the Top Lady in the Dart League and everyone knew she was a True Blue diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.
Simply stated, Gloria had a heart of gold and her unique personality, witty sense of humor and generous soul will be greatly missed. She leaves with all those who knew her many wonderful memories.
Gloria is preceded in death by husband, James Cason; mother, Carmen Mendiola, and sister, Mary.
Left to cherish her memories are daughter, Yvonne Guerrero; son, Michael Guerrero; grandchildren, Michael Guerrero (Alexis) and Albert Guerrero (Destiny); two brothers and four sisters, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
