Criselda Valerio Cruz

Criselda Valerio Cruz, age 57, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024. She was born on July 26, 1966 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Trinidad Alvarado Cruz and Maria Elena Valerio Cruz.

She was a very kind and loving mother and grandmother. Criselda raised six children and took an active role with all her grandchildren. No matter the circumstances of life, Criselda always conveyed unconditional love to all her loved ones and took care of her family the best way she knew how. She will always be remembered for her love of Jesus Christ, her great laugh, how she was so stubborn and loud. Criselda was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys Football Team! How bout them boys!

Criselda is survived by her partner, Javier Lozano; mother Maria Elena Cruz, children: Robert (Kim) Cruz, Eric Andrew (Amanda) Cruz, Cristina Cruz (Robert Albright), Georgina Cruz (Anissa Cruz), George Cruz, Jr. (Janet Riojas), Carlos Trinidad Cruz (Josie Garza); sisters: Norma Cruz, Gracie Cruz, Melissa Cruz, Lisa Cruz, Rita Reyes, and Leti Cruz; brothers: Carlos Cruz, Trinidad Cruz, Jr., Christopher Cruz; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Criselda will be held Friday, February 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Funeraria del Angel Corpus Christi, 549 Cheyenne St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405 and officiated by Pastor Cann.
