Celia M Saucedo

She worked 35 years for National Linen Service in Corpus Christi, TX. She was a very industrious worker and received several awards in recognition of her hard work and professionalism.

Celia was a completely devoted and selfless mother and grandmother, dedicating her life to raising her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family who will retain many fond memories of growing up in her loving care.

She preceded in death by her parents; Pablo and Simona C. Mancilla, her first husband Fernando Cruz in 1950 and her second husband Felix R. Saucedo in 1977, sons; Felix Saucedo Jr., Gilberto Mancilla, sisters; Ramona, Juana (Cruz) Gomez, Lina (Marcelino) Lara, brothers; Reyes Mancilla, Pablo (Ignacia) Mancilla Jr., and Francisco (Manuela) Mancilla.

Celia is survived by sons; Fernando (Vivian) Cruz Jr., Felix Rodriguez Saucedo III, David Saucedo, Ramiro Saucedo; daughters Simona (Jose Luis) Hernandez, Celia Saucedo, and Esperanza (Jose) Velasquez, sisters; Maria (Eulalio) Castanon and Jovita (Jesus) Valle as well as numberous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and family members.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Funeral Home at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 22, 2013 with a rosary to follow at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 followed by interment at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
