Antonia G. “Wela” Zamora, 75, passed away on February 7, 2015. She was born on November 29, 1939 in Mathis, Texas to Antonio and Clara Gutierrez. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Antonia is preceded in death by her husband, Adolfo Zamora, Sr., a son Adolfo Zamora, Jr. and numerous brothers and sisters.
Antonia is survived by her children; Arnulfo (Petra) Zamora, Bertha (Ricardo) Cruz, Zoila (Mario Salinas) Gutierrez, Pauline (Rey, Sr.) Brown, sisters; Leonor Alfaro, Concha Regino, 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Jehovah Witness Talk at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at Funeraria del Angel 549 Cheyenne Street. There will be a Chapel Service at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2015.
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
