Dear father of Claude (Colette), Gilles (Willy), Gerard (Jackie), Pierre (Maives), Patrick (Diane), Bernard (Susan) all of Cornwall, Nicole Hammond (Jim) of Aurora. Predeceased by his daughter Rejeanne. Loved grandfather of 18 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his sister Simone Bellemarre and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Josephus and Corrine (Geneau) Montpetit, by 3 brothers and 12 sisters. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 9 a.m. Thursday. Funeral Thursday, April 19, 2012 for Mass of Christian Burial at Ste. Croix Church at 11 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.
