VACHON, Rita (Beaudry) – At St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre on Tuesday February 25, 2014. She was 89. Beloved wife of the late Lionel Vachon. Dear mother of Odette Blanchard (Marcel), Maurice Vachon (Denise), Normand Vachon (Sally Stata) and Camille Vachon (Mary). Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Manon Blanchard Derosiers, Luc Blanchard, Guy Vachon (Shelley), Alain Vachon (Diane), Ashley Vachon, Andrew Vachon (Linda), Anne Vachon and Matthew Vachon (Ashley) and great grandchildren, Arianne, Micah, Ethan, Olivia, Alex and Aiden. Also survived by one sister Lucille Marleau (late Arthur). Predeceased by her parents, Denis and Rose (Brisson) Beaudry, and 1 brother, Olida Beaudry (Fernande). Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel of the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Thursday February 27, 2014 at 2 pm. Rite of Committal, Nativity Cemetery, at a later date. Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society appreciated.
