Odette Marie Benoit (née Deschamps)

Peacefully at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge, on Tuesday July 13, 2021 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Yvan Benoit. Loving mother of Lucie Dubé, Gilles Dubé, Chantal Benoit (Gaetan Gougeon) and the late Cindy. Cherished grandmother of Alec, Miranda (Mitchell), Kristian and Justin (Kim) and great-grandmother of Peyton, Abbygael and Jackson. Dear sister of Colombe Deschamps. Odette is predeceased by brothers, Normand and Rev. Gaetan Deschamps and by sisters, Hugette Saucier, Bernice Charron, Denise Tessier and Fleurette Cardinal.

In keeping with Odette’s wishes Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482). Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
