Dear Sandra and family, 

Your mother’s service was really beautiful and no doubt she would have loved your speech. It was poignant and funny and brought a smile to everyone. 

I know that the  biggest highlights of your time living in Australia was  with your Skype chats with your mum.  

Deepest condolences and no doubt this time gif you in Canada is very special.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Maureen when she visited Sandra in Australia and I remember her as being a warm, fun and friendly woman with a great sense of humour, just like her daughter. I wish I could be at the service in person, but it was lovely to see the photos of Maureen and you all in the video tribute.

I am so sad and sorry to learn of Maureen’s death.
I only met her once when she visited Australia but it was enough for me to appreciate her fine personality. She showed warmth and friendliness, along with a lively sense of humour and a great interest in fun and adventure. I enjoyed her company immensely. 
I deeply regret her sad departure .

Sandra, Gordon and family, Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of your Mom.  Maureen has been a good friend for some years now and her jovial personality will be missed.  Her love of family was very evident.  She always talked about her family with great care and love.  Maureen loved to play cards and was quite good at it! She also loved to talk about her walks and her car rides where she got to enjoy the great outdoors.  May the good memories help all of you through this difficult time!
