POITRAS, Kathleen (Kathy) - Passed away at Cornwall Hospice, on Friday, April 11, 2014. Kathleen Louise (Jesmer) Poitras of Cornwall; age 52. Beloved wife of Robert Poitras. Cherished mother of Brian Poitras (Melissa) of Cornwall. Loving grandmother of Kurtis, Alexander, Garrett, Alyessa and Bethani. Survived by two sisters Susan O’Neil (Patrick) and Debbie Parent (Jerry) both of Cornwall. Daughter of the late Wallace Jesmer and the late Ida (Poapst) Jesmer. Predeceased by two brothers Richard “Rocky” Jesmer and William “Billy” Jesmer. Kathleen will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street, West (613-932-8482) from 7 p.m. Sunday. Funeral, Monday, April 14, 2014 for service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance on Sunday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 12 noon until time of Service.
