Proud great-grandmother of Luna, Zoe, Olivia and Isla. Treasured sister of Darlene Legros, Shelley Richardson (Tommy) and Bonnie Fisher (Kevin). Joanne is predeceased by her parents Darryl and Rita (née Barcier) Perkins, her daughter Mistalene Mitchell and her brothers Richard Perkins, Perry Perkins and Randy Perkins.
Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home, 20 Seventh Street West, Cornwall, ON (613-932-8482) on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 between the hours of 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM. As well as on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM prior to a Funeral Service that will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home at 1:00PM.
