STEVENS, Jeffrey – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday Feburary 22, 2015. He was 39. Loving son of Gary Stevens and Lynda Fortin. Survived by one sister Louanne and two half-sisters, Tara and Amanda White. Jeffrey will be sadly missed by his nephew Gage Stevens. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Friday from 7 – 9pm. Cremation to follow.. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Society would be appreciated by the family.
