LALONDE, JACQUES – At the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell site on Friday April 13, 2012. Jacques Raoul Lalonde of Cornwall; age 82 years. Beloved husband of 57 years to the late Jeannette Saucier. Dear father of Claude and Suzanne Mitchell (Ronald) both of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather of Chad (Sandra) and Ryan (Vanessa) Lalonde, Tina Crites (Troy) and Steven Mitchell. Great grandfather of 10. Fondly remembered by his brother Rocky (late Angie). Predeceased by his parents Omer and Rose (Campeau) Lalonde, brothers Alphonse, Réné, Gilbert, Remi and John, sister Helen Campeau. Jacques was a devoted employee of St. Lawrence Insulation for 20 plus years. Sadly missed by his pets Pitou (Dog) and Cocotte (Bird). Resting at the Lahaie and Sullivan, Cornwall Funeral Home, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-938-8482) from 9 A.M. Friday. Funeral Friday, April 20, 2012, for Funeral Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2 P.M. Interment, St. Columbans Cemetery.
