Passed away peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on March 9th, 2023.
Husband of Nicole (Prieur) Trudel. Beloved father of Jocelyne, Joanne and Jacques. Proud grandfather of Kyle, Caitlin, Jessica and Justin.
Son of late Arthur and Annette (Blais) Trudel. Dear brother of Madeleine Mahoney (late Jim), late Richard (Reina), late Blair (Loretta), late Lise Roy (Claude), and late Bob (Vivian). He will be fondly remembered by all his nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Cornwall Community Hospital, Bayshore Care staff, Veterans Affairs and all those who cared for Jack. At Jack’s request there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made in Jack’s memory to the Cornwall Community Hospital or the Royal Canadian Legion Lancaster branch 544.
