Devoted husband of Marjory (McCuaig) Watkins. Loving father of Jim (Donna) of Monkland. Dear brother of Dorothy Reed of Pointe Claire. Predeceased by his parents the late Charles Watkins and the late Mary-Jane (McCarthy) Watkins.
