WILLIAMS, Dorothy May (Cooper) – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday April 24, 2016. She was 84. Loving mother of Timothy Arthur Williams, George Donald Williams, and Carol Ann Parisien (Dean). Sadly missed by her granddaughter, Katlyn Parisien (Justin) and 2 great grandchildren, Bryden and Leighana. Survived by 8 sisters, Ruth Lalonde, Alice McShane, Joan Ruest, Linda Coleman, Joanne Cooper, Sandra Cooper, Lori Cooper, Bernice Fournier, and Wanda Cooper and 6 brothers, Arthur Cooper, Tommy Cooper, Bobby Cooper, Chuck Cooper, Gary Cooper and Greg Cooper. Also survived by her former husband, Tom Williams and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Jack and Doris Evangeline (Culver) Cooper, 1 brother, Andrew Cooper and 1 sister, Shirley Cooper. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Wednesday from 9:30-10:45 am. Funeral Liturgy to follow in the chapel of the Funeral Home at 11am. followed by cremation. Rite of Committal, Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A special “Thank You” to the staff of the JMP for the wonderful care and kindness and to Dr. Leigh , Dr. Randlett and Nancy McDonald for their personal attention to Dorothy’s care.
