Cynthia Russell passed away September 28, 2021 peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital. Survived by her husband Edward Goguen, parents Evelyn and David Russell, brothers and sister Edmund Russell(Julie-May), Debby Russell (Robert), Kenny Russell (Tammy best friend), Steven Russell, Andrew Russell ( Mary). Beloved mother of Nancy Montroy (Guy), Lawrence Russell(Amanda), Bobby Rafter (Trisha), Evelyn Rafter, and step daughter Christine Goguen (Scott ). Beloved grandmother of 9 grandchildren. She will be missed, may she fly with the angels.
