I knew Carole Anne from Seaway Toastmasters. She was the kind of person you remembered….she encouraged, she inspired, she led by example, she was funny, supportive and empathetic.  She made you think, “I want to be like that when I grow up.”
  
Chantale , Rachelle, and Martin, your mother had a heart as big as her smile. She was an incredible lady and you should know how much she meant to so many people.  Like a stone that leaves ripples when thrown in a pond, Carole Anne’s “ripples” have touched many lives.  Mine was one of them. I am so sorry for your loss.

Carol Ann was  a beautiful person with such a positive soul who led so many of us into our own spiritual journeys.
I've never seen someone to be so great at multitasking... and we saw that first hand when she worked with us at Chenier-Bouvier before she moved on in her career to join the Police force.... she was just phenomenal...!
She was a wonderful Mom to her 3 children and taught them to be loving adults with integrity...
I will always remember her kind, generous and loving heart and it was a great honor and privilege to be considered a friend of hers...
You will always be in our hearts and souls, never to be forgotten xox.

We would like to wish Carol Anne's Family our  deepest heartfelt condolences. Carole Anne was involved with St. John Ambulance Cornwall for sometime. She dedicated many hours furthering our cause throughout Cornwall and SD&G. She will be sadly missed.

I knew Carole Anne through work at the Cornwall Police Service. Although I did not work directly with her, we were in contact in many ways through meetings and projects.  She was always smiling and pleasant and very positive.  She will be missed by her CPS family.  My deepest sympathies to the family.  Rest in Peace Carole Anne :)

I met Carole Anne through Seaway Toastmasters. Carole Anne was the most enthusiastic, energetic, and positive person at the club. She was always ready to jump in and take on any role that wasn’t filled. Carole Anne always came up with the most creative ideas and her feedback was phenomenal. Carole Anne believed in making personal calls whenever there was anything to discuss, which made her a dear friend to everyone.  She had a great sense of humour. Carole Anne’s spirituality was also very inspiring.  May she rest in peace. My heartfelt condolences  to her family and friends. 

Toastmasters - Carole Anne was a beautiful lady and a great mentor. She will be missed. My condolences to Rachelle and the rest of the family.

I worked with Carole Anne during my years at CPS and she was always smiling and cheerful. While working in CID, every morning I would find an inspirational quote card on my desk from her❤️. She was always so positive and embarrassed everyday to it’s max. We’ll miss you Carole Anne RIP.

I had the pleasure of knowing Carole Anne through work at Cornwall Police.  No matter how busy she was, she always had time for a chat.  She was also amazing at Reiki and saved me from being unable to walk one day at work.  A hidden talent that I knew nothing about.  She was a very kind, sweet lady.  Rest in Peace

I was very fortunate to have been part of such a beautiful and kind hearted woman’s life. Carole Ann and I developed a friendship while working together at the Cornwall Police Service. She loved serving her community and did everything in her power to deliver the best. Carole Ann would try to bring out the positive out of any situation. She always had kind words to say and always made time for you.
Her emails always ended with **SMILES**.

I was saddened to learn of Carole Anne’s passing.  We worked together at Cornwall Police Service. She was always pleasant and ready to assist with any tasks.
