Beloved husband of the late Alice Brownell (née Edmond); loving father of: Vivian Brownell, Debbie MacDonald (Kevin), Richard Brownell (Karen Jones), Tammy Brownell, Roxann White (Wade) and Michael Brownell; cherished grandfather to 10 and great-grandfather to 8; treasured brother to Grace Derdal (Ted), Melvin Brownell (late Monique) and Linda Grignon (Bert).
Arthur is predeceased by his parents William and Jessie (née Tyo) Brownell; and his siblings: Millie Sauve (late Melvin), Shirley McPhee (late Willy), Florence Laroche (late Bill), Barbara Thibeault (late Richard), Richard Brownell and Fern Bernhard (late Helmut).
In keeping with Arthur’s wishes cremation has taken place.
Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN WEST BRANCH, 20 SEVENTH STREET W, CORNWALL on Monday, August 19, 2024 between the hours of 10:00AM to 1:00PM prior to a Funeral Mass that will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home at 1:00PM.
Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Cornwall and District or to Arthritis Society Canada would be appreciated by the family.
