James Ellis Threadgill

James Ellis Threadgill 36, was born July 13, 1980 in Dumas, TX. He died October 22, 2016. He was a 1998 graduate of Corinth High School and Itawamba Community College, with an EMT- Basic. James served in the US Army as a Medic, having received Army Commendation Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Valorous Unit Award, Army Good Conduct Medal, national Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, and Iraq Campaign Medal. He was working Team Rubicon.

He preceded in death by by his father James Houston Threadgill; grandparents

Jake and Pearl Parrott, Adelene Carnes and John Threadgill.

James is survived by his children Hailey and Jacob Trantham; mother and step-father Brenda and James West; brothers Adam Threadgill, Brett Treadgill, David Younger; sister April Robinson, Diana Anna Robinson Young, Maricca Lambert; mother of his children Melody Trantham, special friends Dee Clancy, Aleah Ozbirn.

Family will have a gathering from 2:00 to 5:00 with Military Honors to follow.
