Funeral Services Gregory C. Babb, 45, will be Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at 1:00 P.M., at McPeters Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Craig Wilbanks officiating. Burial will be in The Valley of the Dogwood Cemetery.
He died Sunday, November 21, 2010 at his residence. He was a graduate of Alcorn Central High School, a 24 year employee of Quebecor World and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed buying, selling, and trading all types of items, but his favorite item was Hot Wheels.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robin L. Babb; his step-father, J.C. Jones; and a brother, Robbie Babb.
Survivors include his mother, Millard Babb Jones; one son, Zann Babb; the mother of his child, Kin Babb; one sister, Debbie Whitley and her husband Jerry; two nephews, Shane Babb and Heath Whitley; one niece, Heather Rodriguez-Whitley and her husband William; three great nieces, Talia Rodriquez-Whitley, Taleiana Rodriguez-Whitley, and Destiny Whitley.
Pallbearers will be Jason Meeks, Rodney Smith, Spence Taylor, William Rodriquez, Troy McBriar, and Jerry Whitley.
Visitation will be Monday, November 22, 2010, from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. and from 12 Noon on Tuesday until Service Time.
