Paul Rhodes Smith

Smith, Paul Rhodes, 54, of Lauderhill, passed away March 11, 2018. Paul was born in Gainesville, Florida to Linda Towne Smith and the late Robert Smith. He loved to sing, act, snorkel and fish. He had a knack for making people laugh and was always kind to animals especially dogs and cats. If you were looking for him in his spare time, he could probably be found at the beach or pool, suntanning. He was employed by the Sheraton Suites in Plantation as a bartender. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving husband, Fred Jose Davalos, mother, Linda (John) Kilpatrick, brother, Scott (Melissa) Smith, sister, Jennifer (Allen) Smith, brothers-in-law, Joe (Connie) Davalos Jr., Bob (Joanne) Davalos, Albert (Lupe) Davalos, sister-in-law, Susan Rodrigues, nieces and nephews, Megan Smith, Ryan Smith, Colin Smith, Angel Davalos, Josette Cuevas, Danielle Stinnet, Esperanza Foft, Alex Savittieri, Albert Davalos, Robert Davalos, Rocco Davalos and Joe Davalos III. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 17, 2018, 2:00 - 4:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3:00pm
