Julia Anne Greaney Zacker

Zacker, Julia Anne, 66, of Coral Springs, passed away May 19, 2015. Julia was born July 28, 1948 in Atlantic City, New Jersey to the late Charles and Rose (Wellhofer) Greaney. Her passion was her grandchildren, but she enjoyed travelling with some her favorite places being New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, England, Italy, Alaska, Canada and cruising with the family. She also enjoyed collecting miniatures and full size, shoes, teapots, purses and jewelry. She had a love of Broadway Shows and enjoyed reading. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Harvey Zacker, January 28, 2015. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving daughters and best friends, Kymberly (C. Merritt) Bird, Stacey (Seth) Aikman, K.C. (Marcus) Hernandez, grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hernandez, C. Merritt Bird IIII, Michael Hernandez, Caden Bird, Luciana Hernandez, sister, Linda Kassof, brothers, Joseph (Kathy) Greaney, Kevin (Lydia) Greaney and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 23, 2015, 11:30 – 1:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Julia’s memory to the American Lung Association (wwww.lung.org).
