Mommy, life without you is very dull. I have zero interest to partake in anything or see anyone. I’m not even interested in doing my favorite thing, travel. Some may call it grief, some may call it depression, I call it unexplainable. Everyone says time heals all wounds, but your birthday it me worse than when I found you unresponsive. It’s different and I don’t like you not being here. If god could great me this one wish, to see you and hear you, I promise I’ll be ok after that. My grandmother has been one of the few people that have played a crucial role in my life. She has been such a great help to me from the beginning and also in the end. Even though the distance issue was always there, it was never really a problem because she was always one call away ready to listen and help with anything I needed and I will always be grateful for that. I’m glad that I had the chance to spend some time with her. Even though she gone now, she will always be with me and with the milestones I have yet to and will reach in life. I know she will be looking down and smiling proudly at her grandson. Rest in peace grandma.
