Ernie is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, their three daughters Christine, Catherine and Carolyn, son- in-laws Phil and Mike and his three granddaughters Caitlin, Cassidy and Cayla.
Some of Ernie accomplishments in life were being a very active participant in his community. He was Vice President of the Veterans Coalition in Coral Springs, PGK of the Knights of Columbus Council #8838 he was also nominated by the City of Coral Springs to receive the 2109 Pioneer Award for his dedication to his community, he also was the President of the Our Town America Festival held annual for many years in Coral Springs and serviced his country during Vietnam War in the Army.
He will be remembered on Sunday October 20 at Kraeer Funeral Home in Coral Springs from 4-8pm with Funeral Service on Monday October 21 at 9-10 and the Committal Service at 11 sharp at the South Florida National Cemetery.
