Dale Wayne Hull age 38, of Lampasas passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 at home with family at his side. Dale was born on November 30, 1985 in Killeen, TX to Melissa Stamper and David Hull. He grew up in Kempner, TX, with two younger brothers, Chase Hull and Nathan Taylor.
He was a strong willed young man who always told it like it is and stood up for what he felt was right. Dale graduated from Lampasas High School with many of his good friends from the class of 2004. Dale traveled to many places the following years for work, experienced a lot in life, and had many stories to tell from that time.
When he settled back at home he joined his father and his business partner at RNC Construction, and continued there the rest of his life where he met so many wonderful people and made many lifelong friendships.
He met the love of his life, his wife, Kalyn Hull, in 2012. Dale was a dedicated husband and wonderful father to their three beautiful boys, Brodie, Grayson, and Dale Jr.
Dale loved being around people and always enjoyed making new connections in the community. In his spare time, he often enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Life changed suddenly for Dale and his family in March of 2022, when he was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at just 36 years old. At the time, he was only given a few months to live, but by the grace of God, he surpassed all expectations and continued to fight for almost two years. He always stayed positive and continued to be an inspiration to so many people around him. Even while facing a terminal diagnosis, he remained positive and made it known he had faith in God’s plan and trusted him wholeheartedly. Cancer did not win in his fight. Jesus did, and we all take comfort in knowing that Dale is now with Him and no longer in any pain and is in perfect peace.
Dale is survived by his wife, Kalyn Hull and their boys, Brodie, Grayson, and Dale Jr.; his father, David Hull and step-mother Gerry Hull; his mother, Melissa Stamper and step-father Rob Green; his grandparents, Rita Hull and Sam and Ruth Stamper; his brothers, Chase Hull and Nathan Taylor; his aunts, Karen, Alicia, and Cheryl and many loving cousins who grew up with him.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Terry (Babe) Dale Hull and his cousin Lauren Reed.
