Efrain De Jesus Baez

El Sr. Baez nació en San José, República Dominicana a sus padres, Efraín y Mercelinda Baez. Pasó su vida en el comercio agrícola. Amaba la música, y era un maestro acordeonista y vocalista. Encontró su alegría al tocar en bandas con sus amigos.

Sobrevivir es su amada esposa, Isolina; sus hijos y nietos; y tantos queridos familiares y amigos.

La familia y los amigos se reunirán para visitarlos en la funeraria el domingo por la noche de 5:00-9:00 p.m. A las 5 p.m., el p. Gustavo ofrecerá el servicio de oración. El lunes 24 de diciembre, la Misa fúnebre se celebrará a las 9:45 a.m. en la iglesia de nuestra Señora de la Asunción en Copiague. El interment seguirá en el cementerio de St. Charles en Farmingdale.

Mr. Efrain Baez, a resident of Jamaica, Queens, died Tuesday, December 18th at the age of 87 years.

Mr. Baez was born in San Jose, Dominican Republic to his late parents, Efrain and Mercelinda Baez. He spent his life in the farming trade. He so loved music, and was a master accordionist and vocalist. He found his joy in playing in bands with his friends.

Surviving is his beloved wife, Isolina; his children and grandchildren; and so many beloved family and friends.

Family and friends will gather for visitation at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. At 5 p.m., Fr. Gustavo will offer the Wake Service. On Monday, December 24th, the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption church in Copiague. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
