Pat will be forever remembered by her loving family, children: Brent (Sandy) Zeglen, Annette Sioulas, Janice (Richard) Doten, and Brian (Shelli) Zeglen. Grandchildren: Nathen (Arica), Landon (Karen), Preterra (Delani), Julian & Phaedra, Garrett (Phoebe), Lily, Luke, Eddie (Emma), Anna, Claire, Carl, Esther and Grace. Along with her 9 great-grandchildren: Gavin, Mason, Kaui’Onalani, Landon Jr., Swan, Osyth, Marshall, Paige, and Hazel. Sister Marsha Campbell & nephews.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband Richard Zeglen, parents Marshall & Lillian Sabin, brother Jim and brother-in-law Dave Campbell. Pat was always a social butterfly! She loved being involved with her church community: attending weekly services, Bible studies, actively volunteering for various events. The Naomi friendship circle ladies along with the congregation at the United Methodist Church in Fridley were richly blessed by Pat and her servant heart. She thoroughly enjoyed hosting card parties with friends, planning neighborhood gatherings & block parties and no family party was complete without grandma’s creative fruit salad & punch.
Her hobbies included gardening, thrifting, crafting with grandchildren, making greeting cards and writing poems. Pat was always thinking of others. Christmas memories of mom & dad making and baking in the kitchen will be cherished forever… Swedish meatballs and the delicate Norwegian almond ring cake. Pat delighted in traveling, getaways of any kind, however, her most treasured trip was to Greece with family to visit her daughter Annette, Costa and grandchildren. She was a classy lady who always liked to have her jewelry on with just a touch of lipstick.
Mom, grandma & great-grandma your smile, laughter and presence will be missed immensely! Patsy we love you! You were a great BFF! The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the caregivers at the Moments Hospice of St. Cloud, her friends, neighbors and co-workers who continued to stay connected after her move to assisted living. You all are special angels heaven sent to Pat and her family.
