She was an intelligent, caring and fun individual. Jennifer really loved the arts. She was always doing something creative such as writing, drawing, or playing music. Jennifer grew up in Minnesota and loved to be up north, specifically the Two Harbors area. Through all of her ups and downs she pursued a life of prayer and petition. God truly gave her “beauty for ashes” as she always believed (Is 61:3). Jennifer has left her legacy in her three boys. Between them lies her passion of writing, music and nature - she will live on through that.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her parents: Gene & Arlene Simons, as well as her nephew, Joshua Wellman.
She is survived by her sons: Andrew (Brandy) Tate, Ryan (Annie) Reddy, and Justin McCollor; her siblings: Kristin (Mickey) McCollor, Karen (Rocky) Richardson, Peter (Jane), Kim (Sheldon) Halberg and all of her beloved nieces, nephews, grandchildren and many caring friends.
