He was preceded in death by his father James Quinehan, sister Carol Nelson, brother Craig Quinehan, brother Jimmy Quinehan and brother in law Butch Kujawa.
Jeffrey is survived by his mother Violet Quinehan; children: Christina (Andre) Testroet, Marc (Rhawnie) Quinehan and Tricia (Jaysohn) Ganzer; grandchildren: Noah, Carson, Chloe and Hudson; siblings: Patty Kujawa, Joan (Gene) Hoeschen, Penny (Rob) Jensen, Chris Quinehan, Jean (Mark) Briggs, Jane (Jon) Streich; sisters in laws Jane Quinehan (Reimer) and Jane Quinehan (Norton) and many other family members and friends.
