Born on 27 September, 1967, Frank was raised in Waggaman, Louisiana until the family moved to DeFuniak Springs, Florida when he was a teenager. He graduated from Walton High School in 1986 and spent many years as a young man living and working in Defuniak Springs before returning to the New Orleans area. After Hurricane Katrina, Frank moved to Texas where he resided until his passing.
Frank held many jobs during his lifetime, but his passion has always been marching band music and the New Orleans Saints. In life, he was known as someone always willing to help. Know that in death, Frank was an organ donor and unselfishly provided for others in need.
Frank is preceded in death by his father, William Frank Hall, Jr. and by his mother, Edith Rhodes Hall. He is survived by his longtime companion, Christine Yarges; his sister, Debbie H. Brouillette; nieces, Rebecca Savage, Melissa Durrett, and Stefanie Durrett; and a cousin he considered a brother, Theodore “Teddy” Rhodes. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Arrangements to celebrate Frankie’s life will be held by family and friends at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Salvation Army in Frank’s name. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.cashnerconroe.com for the Hall family.
