Ronald Earwood

Ronald Robert Earwood was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on May 25, 1949 and passed away on May 9, 2016. Ronald was in the United States Army, stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. He worked as a pump engineer for Atlantic Richfield Oil Company for 25 years, and was Deputy Sheriff in Fairfield. He had many other accomplishments. He was married to Wanda Earwood. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lydia Earwood, Ronald is survived by his wife Wanda Earwood and son; Ronnie Earwood and wife Linda, step-children; Joshua McRight, Lajchon McRight, Miranda Countz, sister; Betty Danchak and husband from Arlington, brother; Roger Earwood and wife from Bryan, brother; Rodney Earwood and wife from California, grandchildren; Madison, Michael, Marissa, Caleb, Hunter, Caiden, Evan, Luke, Macy, Hunter C., Genysis, Lyla, Kursten, and Faith. Ronald is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are to be Joshua McRight, Dawayne Rushing, Kevin Rushing, David Putman, Jacob Earwood, Steven Countz. Honorary Pallbearers are Ronnie Earwood, Caleb McRight, and Lajchon McRight. A special thank you to Ronald’s nephew, Jacob Earwood, who was there for Ronald until the very end. Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 10:00am to 12:30pm with the funeral service starting at 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Smith Memorial Park in Willis, Texas.
