Rebecca Sue Sutton of Conroe, Texas, passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 76. She was born on July 31, 1945, in Orange County, California, to Horace F. Ammons and Thelma June Ammons.

Rebecca moved to Conroe, Texas after marrying her husband Donnie Sutton on August 25, 1961 where she drove a school bus for Conroe ISD for 35 years. She loved shopping, music and her family. Her children, grandchildren and husband were her life.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her parents, Horace F. Ammons and Thelma June Ammons and brother, Robert M. Ammons. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donnie Sutton, daughter, Lisa Brooker, son, Jeffrey Sutton, grandsons, Brandon and Brett Brooker, granddaughter, Amber Sutton, great granddaughter, Aubrey Reese and brothers, James Ammons and wife Dorathy, Michael Ammons and wife Melody, sister, Linda Fenley, sister-in-laws, Myrtle (Snooky) Kelly and Nannie Mae Sunday. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 10:00am in Cashner Colonial Chapel.
