Reverend Ned Riley

Funeral services for Rev. Ned Riley will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 10:00am in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Rev Mike Martin officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm in Midway Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Cashner Funeral Home. Rev. Ned Riley, 88, of Conroe passed away November 19, 2011. He was born on April 1, 1023 in Midway, Texas to James Sims Riley and Ruth Magdelian Elliott-Riley. Ned was a member of M. Calvary Baptist Church. He proudly served our country in the US Army during WWII. Ned is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Ann Riley, sister, Patty Ruth Johnson and his brother, Mack Riley. Ned is survived by his loving wife, Marian Riley ; daughters, Rebecca A. Ellis and husband Charles of Conroe, Nellie V Bailey and husband Roger of Cypress, Martha J Lilley and husband James of Coldspring, Linda L Skipper and husband Pat of Houston and Marilyn F McGee and husband Jim of Crosby; brother, Patrick H. Riley and wife Sharon of Temple; grandchildren, Dawn Little, Chip Ellis, Heather Yarborough, Ronnie Bailey, Randy Bailey, Chris McLaughlin, Elizabeth Harrell, Stacey Chapa, Daniel Skipper, Amber Skipper, Mary Cadotte and Robert Cadotte; great grandchildren, Jordan Little, Wallace Ellis, Michael Yarborough, Ronnie Bailey Jr, Ryan Bailey, Taylor Grace Bailey, Riley Ann Bailey, Derek Skipper, Francisco Chapa, Manuel Chapa, Daniela Skipper, Jasmin Skipper, Jake Skipper and Riley Alexander. Numerous other relatives and a host of friends also survive. Pallbearers will be Chip Ellis, Ronnie Bailey, Randy Bailey, Daniel Skipper, Chris McLaughlin and Robert Cadotte.
