Jack was married to his loving wife Dana Wright for 41 years. Jack and Dana spent the last 20 years living in Coldspring, Texas enjoying lake life. Jack worked in the pipe coating industry for 51 years where he was well respected and loved the work he did. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. He loved doing projects around the house and spending time with his family. Jack never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. Many evenings you could find Jack and Dana at the park by the lake in their neighborhood visiting with friends and enjoying life.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Thomas Wright; and his brother, Kelly Wright.
Jack is survived by his wife, Dana Wright; sons, Clent Wright and his wife Tara; Zach Decker and his wife Christie; daughter, Laurie Hieronymus and her husband Todd; mother, Evelyn Wright; brother, Donald Wright and his wife Barbara; sister, Debbie Young; brother, Josh Wright and his wife Katie; and sister, Margaret Dobson. Jack has 10 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jack will be missed by many as he was loved by all.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. The family will also be having a "Dinner for Daddy" the same day at 4:00pm by the lake in Camilla Cove in Coldspring, Texas. (801 Camilla Dr. Coldspring, Texas 77331)
